Keith M. Hanenian is an experienced litigator and advocate, who represents companies as outside general counsel and in all aspects of corporate compliance and structures, coverage, liability, gaming, workers' compensation and employment matters. Keith's experience includes but is not limited to representing national and international companies, employers, self-insured entities, carriers, public entities, professional employer organizations (PEO's) and third party administrators. His practice also includes commercial and corporate litigation along with personal injury and family law. Keenly aware of claims costs and business challenges within the litigation environment, Keith has been involved in establishing national self-administering workers' compensation programs and acts as claims/coverage counsel and consultant to national brokerages providing guidance and solutions for claims management teams and chief executives along with boards of directors.

Keith has been certified by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor and is a frequent lecturer providing claims professionals with various continuing education credits and has attained the highest (AV)® rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Circuit Court Mediator and is admitted in the United States Federal Southern and Middle Districts and all courts in Florida. Keith is happily married with children and enjoys fitness training and spending time with his family.
