Charlotte Fernée Kelly exclusively practices labor and employment law, advising and advocating for clients throughout Florida in both state and federal courts.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University where she completed the undergraduate dual degree program with honors in the major. She also received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University with additional study at Oxford University and Peking University. Before focusing on labor and employment law, she worked for several firms in Beijing, China as Foreign Legal Counsel. Charlotte is a member of the Florida Bar and its Labor and Employment section, Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, Hillsborough Bar Association, Tampa Bay Inn of Court, and a member of the executive board of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association from 2012-2018.
